Common booking questions
Is Elephant Bedroom Camp guaranteed on my dates?
No. We check availability when preparing your quotation. If this stay is unavailable, a comparable property may be proposed. Check its location, room category and facilities before accepting a substitution; the same comfort level does not guarantee the same access or setting.
Are all the property’s activities included?
Only the meals, transfers, park visits and activities listed in your written safari quotation are included. An activity on the property’s website may require a separate booking, fee, age limit or suitable weather.
How should I choose my room?
Give us your required beds and any mobility, bathroom, dietary or reliable-power needs before booking. Ask for the actual room category and access arrangements in writing. Published Wi-Fi or a generator does not guarantee continuous coverage or electricity in every room.
