What this means for your safari

A fixed lodge stay cannot guarantee that migrating herds are close by; choose game-drive plans for the dates and wildlife location.

Request an adapted room specifically and verify paths and bathroom layout before confirming accessibility.

Things to confirm before booking

  • The standard twin page's prose mistakenly mentions a king while the bed specification lists twins; confirm the booked bed arrangement.
  • The reviewed fact sheet specifies electrical fittings but not continuous power or backup arrangements.
  • Hot-water operation, fencing, child age limits and current activity age restrictions were not verified.

Travelling as a family: Family rooms, children's menus and babysitting are listed; the fact sheet marks game drives, balloon rides, guided walks and massages as chargeable. Confirm your children’s ages, beds, maximum occupancy and any activity restrictions; a family room does not establish childcare or step-free access.

Common booking questions

Is Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge guaranteed on my dates?

No. We check availability when preparing your quotation. If this stay is unavailable, a comparable property may be proposed. Check its location, room category and facilities before accepting a substitution; the same comfort level does not guarantee the same access or setting.

Are all the property’s activities included?

Only the meals, transfers, park visits and activities listed in your written safari quotation are included. An activity on the property’s website may require a separate booking, fee, age limit or suitable weather.

How should I choose my room?

Give us your required beds and any mobility, bathroom, dietary or reliable-power needs before booking. Ask for the actual room category and access arrangements in writing. Published Wi-Fi or a generator does not guarantee continuous coverage or electricity in every room.
